THIS NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE START ON JANUARY 2007 EVERY SUNDAY
* Training Time Start At 8:30am Sharp (late pay RM10 for yam cha) * Warming Up 30 minutes * Field Jogging * Snap Shoot Right side 1 pod Left side 1 Pod * Sliding * Running and shooting * Break out shooting * GAME ON..............

Sounds good but have an suggestion... leave the field jogging to do on his/her own time. (i.e Evening after work or early morning). As i foresee, a lot of us will be too tired to do anything after the jogging session...this is a self discipline test... We should instead spend the time walking the field to understand the shooting lanes, make it a habit... my 2 cents

Joging round the basketball court or football field or PB field? Have to confirm as it's a lot of different!! I think we start with jog then lompat katak then jalan itik then lompat bintang then tengok bintang....... ;D ;D

Yah, get ready. As we have to incorporated all sort of training into it. Like for chi or stamina or physical & not forgeting mental (torture) training too.... Our team must be ready to face any challenges coming a head!!
